Will support local Litigation Practitioners and the national Litigation Practice Group.
Initial case preparation
Provide assistance with all phases of litigation from complex pre-filing investigations through trial and appeal
Provide assistance with all phases of discovery
Oversight and working in collaboration with Litigation Support
Compiling materials for attorneys
Cite checking and proofreading
All phases of trial preparation, including jury questionnaires, trial binders, exhibits, witness binders, motions in limine and more.

Must Haves:
5+ years’ experience
Excellent tenure
Litigation experience must include extensive trial support experience.
Ability to satisfy California Business and Professions Code Sections 6450 et. seq.
Heavy trial experience with trail documents, exhibits, court room supporting trial and exhibit sharing. Proficiency in MS Suite, PDF creation tools, document management software and Elite or other timekeeping software is required.
