Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and HR support to management team
Maintain employee records
Assist in implementation of policies and procedures
Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation processes
Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments
Handle correspondence and communication with employees and external parties
Assist with payroll processing and benefit administration
Maintain and update company databases and filing systems
Qualifications:
3+ years of Administrative experience
Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience with HR support preferred
Preferred experience in real estate industry
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software applications
