  • Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide administrative and HR support to management team
    • Maintain employee records
    • Assist in implementation of policies and procedures
    • Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation processes
    • Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments
    • Handle correspondence and communication with employees and external parties
    • Assist with payroll processing and benefit administration
    • Maintain and update company databases and filing systems

    Qualifications:

    • 3+ years of Administrative experience
    • Bachelor's degree preferred
    • Experience with HR support preferred
    • Preferred experience in real estate industry
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software applications
