    We're hiring a full-time licensed pest control technician to rid our properties of unwanted visitors! You'll identify red flags that signal the presence of an infestation, decide on the appropriate treatment, and safely administer the appropriate tactics to eradicate pests and keep them from coming back. MUST be willing to drive from Dayton to Cincinnati properties as needed. Apply today! Responsibilities: • Apply chemical solutions, powders, and gases on or near surfaces of a building or house to eliminate pests • Identify invading pests, including rats, snakes, wasps, ants, spiders, roaches, termites, or bed bugs • Set mechanical traps and place bait • Remove dead rodents after extermination • Identify damage to property • Access infested locations • Clean and remove pesticides after application • Study infested area and determine treatment type required to eliminate and prevent recurrence of infestation • Clean and remove blockages to facilitate the application • Check for possible leaks or exposure • Utilize appropriate protective gear and equipment during application • Trap and remove invasive animals Qualifications: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Good customer service skills • Licensed Exterminator • Obtain Licensure for Ohio Wildlife Nuisance Animal Removal
