    We are looking for a dedicated expert in Middletown to join our staff as a Maintenance Technician. You must be prepared to offer top-notch support, exactness, and trustworthiness in all plumbing, drywall repair, and regular upkeep jobs. This requires meeting multiple objectives on a day-to-day basis. This is a permanent job chance that encompasses healthcare advantages, paid days off, 401k, and paid leave. This opening is not available for remote workers. Responsibilities: • Provide outstanding service, precision, and dependability in all plumbing, drywall repair, and general upkeep work. • Install and repair faucets, toilets, and locks on residential homes. • Carry out basic carpentry, electrical, and drywall repair work. • Work in various environments, such as hot, cold, outdoor, indoor, dry, humid, and slippery surfaces and heights. • Liaise with co-workers, prioritize tasks, and take initiative to complete tasks efficiently. • Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. • Possess tools necessary to complete repairs and installations. • Demonstrate excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills. Qualifications: • Must be 18 years of age or older • Must have a working knowledge of plumbing and basic carpentry • Prior experience in general maintenance required • Willing to assist co-workers and work evening and weekend hours • Must be able to climb ladders, balance, crouch, stoop, and kneel • Possess essential tools needed to perform repairs and installation work • Possess a valid Driver’s license and reliable transportation • A team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Must be able to multi-task, take initiative, and be accountable Compensation: $19 - $22 hourly
