Property & Casualty Insurance Agent (Part Time)

In this dynamic and pivotal role, you'll join a collaborative team at a well-established real estate investment firm. You'll play a dual role: safeguarding the company's existing portfolio while spearheading its expansion into new markets and products. By leveraging your expertise, you'll cultivate strong relationships with investors and property managers. You'll become their go-to resource, analyzing their needs and property specifics to recommend optimal insurance solutions. Responsibilities: • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns of potential and existing clients promptly and professionally • Claims Facilitation • Account Management • Risk Analysis • Entry Level Bookkeeping/Collections • Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients • Recommend and explain various property & casualty insurance products • Prepare accurate and competitive insurance proposals • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and insurance products • Actively prospect for new clients and identify opportunities to expand our customer base • Meet established sales goals Qualifications: • Active Ohio Property & Casualty insurance license • 1+ Years experience working as a Licensed Agent • Strong Attention to Detail • Prior experience in the property management industry is a plus • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills • Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building trust and rapport • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed in a sales environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & Google Workspace • Willingness to learn new software, including ReInsure Pro & AppFolio • Excellent time management and organizational skills • Part-time schedule (must be available at least 15-20 hours per week) Compensation: $16 - $20 hourly
