Responsibilities: • Invoicing between multiple companies. • Prepare monthly checks. • Entering new assets & Memorized Transactions. • Administrative Tasks as needed. • Processing vendor payments. • Entering Bills. Qualifications: • Accounts Receivable and Payable data entry knowledge. • Microsoft Software knowledge is a MUST! (Word-Excel-Office). • QuickBooks experience is a MUST. • Property Management or Real Estate experience is preferred. • Ability to analyze and prioritize information when making decisions. • Appfolio knowledge is a plus. The primary duty of the Accounting Clerk is to input financial information into the company software and reconcile paper copy receipts and statements with internal financial tracking. Compensation: $16 - $18 hourly DOE
