You’ll hunt, prepare, and close deals, and ensure each transaction is smooth and successful. If you have a history of exceeding your goals and are looking to take your career to the next level, apply today! 18% - 20% Commission plus base to get started Responsibilities: Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research Act as an intermediary between your sellers and buyers to ensure a smooth close Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed Research investment and partnership models, real estate market and geographical trends, and prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale Gain trust with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate a signed contract Qualifications: Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments Preference for a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent work 1 or more years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate sales, especially acquisitions, is preferred Compensation: $42,000 + at plan commission
