LOOKING TO HIRE SETTLEMENT CONSULTANTS FOR OUR MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 12, 2022 HIRING CLASS!
****MONTHLY BONUSES OF UP TO $500 AVAILABLE BASED ON PERFORMANCE!!
This position is currently 100% remote, work from home. WE ANTICIPATE RETURNING TO THE OFFICE ON A HYBRID SCHEDULE (3 DAYS PER MONTH IN OFFICE) AT SOME POINT IN THE INDETERMINATE FUTURE. At least 30 days notice will be provided prior to beginning the hybrid schedule. CANDIDATES MUST BE RESIDENTS OF THE STATE OF ARIZONA AND MUST MAINTAIN RESIDENCY IN ARIZONA THROUGHOUT THEIR EMPLOYMENT.
BASIC FUNCTION
RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SETTLEMENT OF ASSIGNED ACCOUNTS BY BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS WITH CREDITORS AND NEGOTIATING THE SETTLEMENT OF DEBT ON BEHALF OF OUR CLIENTS.
RESPONSIBILITIES
GENERATE AND MONITOR DAILY REPORTS FOR ASSIGNED ACCOUNTS TO ENSURE THAT DEBTS ARE NEGOTIATED IN A TIMELY MANNER.
CONTACT CREDITORS VIA TELEPHONE AND/OR WRITTEN CORRESPONDENCE IN AN EFFORT TO NEGOTIATE PAYMENT TERMS WITH CREDITORS IN ACCORDANCE WITH ESTABLISHED GUIDELINES TO HELP CLIENTS GET OUT OF DEBT SOONER FOR THE SMALLEST POSSIBLE SETTLEMENT AMOUNT.
DEVELOP RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS, CREDITORS, COLLECTION AGENCIES AND ATTORNEY OFFICES IN ORDER TO NEGOTIATE ON OUR CLIENTS’ BEHALF FOR A REDUCED SETTLEMENT ON DELINQUENT AND/OR CHARGED OFF ACCOUNTS.
CALCULATE ACCEPTABLE PERCENTAGES FOR SETTLEMENT ACCORDING TO GUIDELINES SET FORTH BY THE DEPARTMENT.
REVIEW CLIENT BANKING ACCOUNTS TO DETERMINE FUNDS NECESSARY TO COMPLETE SETTLEMENT AND PAYMENT OF COMPANY FEES.
MEET AND EXCEED SETTLEMENT GOALS AND QUOTAS AS ESTABLISHED BY MANAGEMENT.
GATHER AND SUBMIT REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION FOR APPROVAL AND PAYMENT OF ACCOUNTS.
RECEIVE AND RESPOND TO SETTLEMENT RELATED INQUIRIES IN A PROMPT MANNER.
PERFORM OTHER RELATED DUTIES AS ASSIGNED.

EDUCATION/TRAINING
