DTC Coordinator TURNBULL, located in the heart of the Napa Valley in Oakville, is in search of a DTC. Coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time role, reporting to the DTC Sales & Marketing Manager, that will assist with administrative duties and sales support across three DTC channels at Turnbull: Tasting Room, Wine Club, and Marketing. This person should be passionate about all-things wine, hospitality, sales, and marketing. This person must be driven, willing to jump into a diverse array of duties, enthusiastic, and organized with an ability to work independently and collaboratively. Turnbull is a privately-owned winery embedded in the history and culture of Napa Valley since 1979. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Marketing - Assist in managing online presence with daily social media work on Facebook and Instagram (reposts, follower engagement, answering questions in our inboxes) - Share internal press updates as we receive new scores & press - Work with vendors for packaging and collateral re-ordering - Maintain Turnbull images and digital assets - Assist with photo shoots - Coordinate packing, shipping, and tracking of promotional sample program - Assist with inter-winery and concierge Outreach Program Hospitality & Events - Assist with pouring and hosting in tasting room as needed - Answer phones to provide customer service and book reservations as needed - Work with DTC Sales & Marketing Manager to coordinate, plan, and execute all details of winery events, on and offsite, including working with third-party vendors, and assisting with the set-up and breakdown of each event Sales & Wine Club - Assist in processing daily customer orders and VIP requests - Assist with planning and execution of annual Holiday and Corporate Gifting order campaigns - Maintain relationships & communication with high-touch, VIP clients - Assist DTC & Inventory Managers with monthly inventory counts weekly inventory tracking - Be a POS super-user and assist Wine Club & Shipping Manager with order process and flow as needed - Assist in packing Wine Club pick-up club orders for Spring and Fall shipments. - Periodically assist Wine Club Manager during Wine Club Season with member communications to update credit cards & shipping addresses Required Skills: - Extremely detail oriented, thoughtful, and meticulous with their work - Creative, ingenious problem solving, and forward-thinking - Strong interpersonal skills, able to work with diverse clients, entire staff, and a multitude of vendors - Demonstrate a high degree of self-motivation along with strong organizational skills, attention to detail and an energetic and dependable nature - Ability to work well under pressure, maintaining a flexible and positive attitude - Ability to prioritize and manage a fluid environment - Strong computer proficiency, with experience in Microsoft Excel, Photoshop, Adobe, Illustrator, and Wine Direct - Ability to travel occasionally for winery events - Must be 21 years of age - Be able to sit for long periods of time - Be able to walk, stand, climb stairs, and lift up to 40lbs - Schedule will include occasional weekends, evenings or holidays Benefits & Perks: As a full-time member of the Turnbull team, this position is eligible to participate in the company's medical, dental, vision, FSA, and 401K plan with company match.
