    We are a boutique real estate brokerage looking to take our business to the next level through video and social media. We are looking for high-energy and creativity - someone who can show us off online and build a following of raving fans. We provide all equipment including two Pentax GH5 cameras, the Matterport Pro camera, DJI Mavic Air 2, Rhino Motion and ARC, Ronin Pro, MacBook Pro with Final Cut, and Manfrotto tripods. Or bring your own! Responsibilities: • Videography of houses, client testimonials, community events, and the real estate process. • Photography of our listings • Neighborhood/City/Town/Farm spotlights • Identify and utilize emerging technology (drone/3D tours/360 videos) • Manage Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, YouTube, and other social media sites. • Plan content and run ads. • Design brochures and have a creative eye • Repurpose out-of-house content (podcasts/speaking engagements) • Segment Production (TV/Radio/Community Spotlight videos) Qualifications: • Experience with videography and editing required. • FAA drone license or ability to obtain. • Strong social media skills. • Creative eye and marketing flair. • Upbeat, positive and a team-player required. Compensation: $32,000 - $42,000
