    As an Inside Technical Sales Representative for our client, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and building lasting relationships with clients in the mining and mineral exploration industry. You will be responsible for understanding their clients' needs, promoting our range of services, and contributing to the growth of the business through effective communication and technical expertise.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Client Engagement:

    • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, understanding their technical requirements and business objectives.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking opportunities to expand our services.

    Product Knowledge:

    Develop a deep understanding of our client's consulting services, including mineral market analysis, claim staking, property valuation, geologic services, and more.

    Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our services in the market.

    Sales Strategy:

    Collaborate with the CRO and COO to develop and implement effective sales strategies, meeting or exceeding sales targets.

    Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client's client base.

    Technical Expertise:

    Provide technical assistance and guidance to clients, explaining complex mining consulting concepts in a clear and compelling manner.

    Collaborate with our expert mining consultants to tailor solutions to meet each client's unique needs.

    Documentation and Reporting:

    Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, project estimates, proposals, and opportunities in the Sales Pipeline.

    Generate regular reports on sales performance and contribute to strategic planning sessions.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Mining Engineering, Geology, Business) is preferred.
    • Proven experience in technical sales, preferably within the mining or consulting industry.
    • Strong understanding of mining processes and industry dynamics.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
