This highly motivated individual will have operational experience and will grow their existing engineering staff and provide support across every area of their organization. This individual will be in a high visibility role with dedicated commitment to development and grown by senior leadership. The day-to-day opportunity will be to influence and be exposed to multiple areas of their organization including: major capital projects, process optimization, mine planning, drone program, process automation and controls and maintenance planning.

Education and Skill Requirements:

• 1-5 years of operational experience
