    JOB OBJECTIVES:

     

    • Developing necessary metrics and methodologies to assess and quantify critical supplier performance, by collating with other owner teams stakeholders, T&T peers and also fellow Managed Service teams.
    • Analyzing and trending supplier performance per the stated KPI’s and preparing the necessary insights for executives from both teams. For example, tracking the completion of Compliance, Deviations & Exceptions (CDE) Reviews between suppliers, engineering and internal project management teams.
    • Provide strategic guidance to the client’s equipment and products team consistent with the organisation’s priorities and strategic goals.
    • Lead the development of portfolio performance, quality management and after-sales performance monitoring procedures in order to empirically trend owner-furnished equipment (OFE) performance across a global datacenter program.
    • Experiment with, and implement, Lean or best practice supply-chain management techniques to track efficiency, predictability and value-add from suppliers on projects.
    • Coordinating and organizing formal Business Reviews with internal stakeholders and supplier representatives.
    • Facilitating Business Reviews and workshops to help Supplier and Owner Teams establish key priorities for the year ahead and solve key performance issues. 
    • Onboarding new vendors to the vendor management program.
    • Establishing effective supplier relationships on behalf of the owner team to promote continuous improvement and long-term relationships between both parties.

     

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

     

    • At least 5 years’ of working in a Supply Chain Management, Hi-Tech Manufacturing or Project Management environment.
    • Successfully established new means of tracking and quantifying project/supply-chain performance where they did not exist previously.
    • Has successfully developed, and implemented, new means of tracking project efficiency such as: Forecast accuracy, lead time reduction or Product quality performance. 
    • On repeated occasions has provided findings of analysis to inform critical Owner investment decisions.
    • Supplier Relationship Management- Well versed in addressing needs on behalf of the Owner with suppliers, while building positive professional relationships with both parties. 
    • Stakeholder management and alignment is able to organize, coordinate action independently while keeping all peers sufficiently informed.
    • Communication: Experience presenting in front of senior executives with confidence
    • Self-Starter: Proactive in response to addressing issues and opportunities
    • Innovative: Finding new ways to address problems or learn new skills
    • Organizational: Has worked in a central Program or PMO capacity, rather than exclusively on local projects.

     

    Preferred qualifications:

     

    • Lean six sigma (Green belt or higher)
    • PMI accredited
    • RICS
