    Job Description

    Do you want to be part of our successful Real Estate team supporting top clients for TURNER & TOWNSEND in the Chicago area?  We are hiring an ambitious and forward thinking PROJECT COORDINATOR to join our growing team.

    • Review/recommend invoices in eMaintenance (approximately 300-400 invoices monthly)
    • Follow up on all disputed invoices (run reports, reach out to field/vendors, etc.)
    • Manage any reimbursements (code checks with proper accounting & submit to lockbox)
    • Respond to inquiries from GBS (invoice copies, disputed chargebacks, credits, etc.)
    • Assist Accenture with inquiries (missing payments, etc.)
    • Submit chargeback reversals to Accenture & confirm chargebacks
    • Review NYC compliance invoice and issue chargebacks to the dealers (monthly invoices)
    • Ensure 713005 balances out (charge back G/L should balance out to zero)
    • eMaintenance reports (completed but not invoiced); reach out to vendors regarding tickets that have been completed but not invoiced
    • Review approved WO's without PO's report; review to make sure these are being handled - Basic QA of the interface between E-Maint and SAP
    • Manage vendor inquires
    • Ad hoc reports for Site Maintenance Coordinators (SMCs)
    • Ad hoc vendor reports
    • Ad hoc requests from Assets Team, etc.
    • Break down of activities and time spent - 80% E-Maint, 10% SAP, 10% Excel
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Education/Experience:

    • +3 years of relevant experience
    • SAP experience, mandatory
    • E-Maint experience preferred but not mandatory, training & supervision will be provided
    • Basic Purchase to Pay (P2P) and financial awareness
    • No pre-requisites regarding education

    Characteristics and Soft Skills:

    • Detail oriented with strong focus on producing results, meeting timescales and quality work
    • Fast learner - Happy to throw themselves in at the deep end and get stuck in
    • Self-motivated and proactive
    • Good Organization skills
    • Confident approach to communicating with people
