Job Description
TURNER & TOWNSEND are seeking an experienced Project Manager responsible for overseeing tenant improvement and commerical office construction projects for a major tech client in the San Francisco Bay area.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, able to take the initiative and drive activities with limited supervision. The ideal candidate will have experience working in the construction industry.

THE SALARY RANGE FOR THIS FULL-TIME ROLE IS $95K-$185K PER YEAR. RANGES ARE DETERMINED BY ROLE AND LEVEL AND REPRESENT A GOOD FAITH EFFORT TO PROVIDE A FAIR AND EQUITABLE SALARY. THIS RANGE IS A REFLECTION OF BASE SALARY ONLY, NOT OF A TOTAL COMPENSATION PACKAGE. PLEASE NOTE TURNER & TOWNSEND RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PAY MORE OR LESS THAN THE POSTED RANGE, DEPENDING ON CANDIDATE’S EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS.
