    AMCL/T&T is looking for a highly driven and motivated person to join our growing consultancy team. You will work with infrastructure management and public sector organizations to transform how they work, delivering tangible outcomes and benefits that endure. This role is a delivery leadership position and will involve managing clients as well as a matrix team of consultants.

    You will have experience in one or more asset-intensive industries, such as rail, aviation, transportation, energy, and utilities. You will have acted in a consultative role for infrastructure organizations, helping them transform and improve how they manage their asset portfolio to deliver against business objectives.     ROLE DESCRIPTION

    The role involves leadership and delivery of consultancy and transformation programs and projects for high profile infrastructure organizations.  You will shape, own, and direct projects, from bid through to delivery and lead exciting commissions that take a client’s capability and the service they deliver to the next level. The variety of projects, across different industry sectors, will enable you to learn, develop, share and adapt approaches to maximize value for your clients.

    You will also be joining a team of asset management and industry thought leaders and be able to contribute to the development of the cutting-edge approaches and services that AMCL delivers to its clients globally. 

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Drive and manage the delivery of complex transformation programs and projects for clients in line with the AMCL project governance requirements. Develop and communicate service offerings and direct bid activities.
    • Consult with clients, using your enthusiasm, knowledge and experience to act as a ‘critical friend’ to develop and shape their businesses and improve their asset management capabilities.
    • Build and own lasting relationships with customers and the industry including active involvement in managing client and internal accounts to identify business opportunities in new and existing markets and win work.
    • Deliver project work, including but not limited to, facilitating internal and external workshops, writing reports and delivering presentations.
    • Produce thought leadership and compelling collateral for the internal team and for external communication, to support engagement with industry to challenge the status-quo and drive new, innovative ways of delivering outcomes for our customers.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 12 years+ of experience working in one or more infrastructure Asset Management organization and knowledge of the phases of the asset lifecycle (Acquire, Operate, Maintain, Dispose) and its enablers e.g. asset information & asset risk within Rail, Roads, Transportation, Aviation, Energy 
    • Experience of working in a consultancy organization and directing the delivery of consultancy programs and projects
    • US West Coast experience is mandatory
    • Development of strategies, asset management systems and the supporting elements such as policies, SAMPs and AMPs
    • Knowledge and experience of asset management technology landscape and information management projects
    • Strategic/business planning and asset investment prioritization and optimization
    • Experienced in change, risk and value management
    • Understanding of asset management standards e.g. ISO 55001.
    • Business case development and benefits realization.
    • IAM diploma and/or chartered status from a relevant professional body.

    Additional Information

    The salary range for this full-time role is $170K-$285K per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package.  Please note Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on candidate’s experience and qualifications
