TBL is seeking a full-time Managing Director to lead daily sales, operations, and delivery of our growing cooperative business. After 18 months of bootstrapping with the support of the Irvine Foundation – and sharpening our offering in response to COVID 19 – TBL has placed dozens of vulnerable temporary workers and is poised to place hundreds per year beginning in 2021. We are now seeking an innovative, clear-eyed, and networked executive to drive our next stage of growth. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in placing workers in high-road jobs, advanced knowledge of social enterprises, with a network of relationships across the California workforce system (workers, employers, funders, government).
