    As a Senior Accountant at Willows Healthcare, you will play a crucial role in supporting the financial functions of the company. Working closely with the CFO, and other team members, you will be responsible for a wide range of accounting tasks and initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Prepare accrual-based monthly financial statements across various operating entities in accordance with GAAP.

    Coordinate and analyze financial data to produce useful and understandable financial reporting packages.

    Establish desk procedures and process documentation for accounting activities.

    Perform month-end close activities including journal entries and financial close workbook preparation.

    Prepare P & L and Balance Sheet variance analysis and communicate reports to management.

    Thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment while prioritizing tasks and adapting to changes.

    Work closely with outside audit and tax firms and cost accountants.

    Assist with annual budgets and ongoing budget reviews.

    Process general ledger entries and reconcile balance sheet accounts.

    Perform additional duties and projects as required.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.

    3-7 years of relevant experience with mid to large firm, and Big 4 experience a plus.

    Ability to identify and drive process improvement
