    Overview:

    We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Application Processor to join our established Provider Services team at Turning Point, in support of our federal client. In this role you will process healthcare provider applications with accuracy and efficiency, resolving errors through research and clear communication (written or phone) with providers. Ensure all duties meet professional standards and adhere to timeliness and accuracy regulations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Process healthcare provider applications with precision and efficiency
    • Review and verify application information for completeness and accuracy
    • Be the point of contact for provider inquiries – answer questions clearly and professionally via phone or email
    • Document all inquiry activities in the appropriate reporting system
    • Identify processing deficiencies and initiate corrective actions.
    • Maintain a strong understanding of customer regulations and expectations
      • Prioritize workload to ensure timely completion while meeting high-quality standards
      • Contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment

        Required Skills:

        • Possess strong data entry and application processing skills
        • Be a clear and confident communicator, both verbally and in writing
        • Demonstrate excellent reading comprehension and interpretation skills
        • Maintain professional phone and email etiquette in all interactions
        •  

          Education and Experience:

          • Have at least 6 months of customer service experience (preferred)
          • Have a high school diploma or GED (preferred)
          • Be proficient in PC skills, including various keyboarding methods (typing, 10-key, alpha/numeric)
          • Experience working within the healthcare industry
          • Understanding of federal healthcare regulations
          • U.S. Residency Requirement: Must have lived in the United States for at least three (3) out of the last five (5) years and be able to pass background investigations
