The HR Manager is expected to oversee various aspects of HR functions, such as the recruitment and selection process, employee relations, employee performance management, employee benefits management, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. HR Manager plays a critical role in maintaining the company culture and aligning HR strategies with business objectives. This position reports to V.P. Of Finance, and to the CEO. HR Manager will work with hiring managers in developing job description and ensuring it’s alignment with govt. contract labor categories and requirement.
