__ABOUT THE POSITION: Turning Point USA is seeking a motivated individual to assist in one of the nation's largest and most innovative educational operations. The Distribution Coordinator will primarily be helping with fulfillment, packaging and shipping. This job also includes assisting quality control as well as maintenance of items that are stored at the TPUSA Distribution Facility. A candidate qualified for this position would be prepared for physical work, and time management in an adaptive environment.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills 
• Knowledge of Google Drive (Google Docs, Sheets) and AirTable
• Willingness to fulfill all duties listed and any additional duties assigned 
• Flexibility, enthusiasm for dynamic work environment 
• Strong work ethic and goal oriented 
• Self starter and self motivated 
• Punctual and very responsive 
• Ethical and responsible behavior managing corporate expense accounts
• Reliable in multitasking and time management

“WOW!” SKILLS

• Previous involvement with TPUSA
• Experience in packaging and/or shipping 
• Understanding of inventory management
• Experience with inventory system software
• Knowledgeable of World Ship and USPS shipping portals
• Past experience with PRISMA Sync controller
• Printing machine experience and certifications, specifically Canon
