ABOUT THE POSITION: The Human Capital Administrator is responsible for assisting the hiring team in the process of recruiting, interviewing and onboarding all entry-level employees company-wide. It is the responsibility of the Human Capital Administrator to reach goals set forth by the Human Capital Strategic Director. Some examples of goals may include, but not be limited to: conducting the hiring process for all roles set forth by the Director of Human Capital, meeting all necessary deadlines, and filling all entry-level openings. Note that this position requires a high level of competency-- and to be successful in this role you must be able to work individually, and also collaboratively.
