    Turning Point USA is a 501(c)(3) grassroots nonprofit organization dedicated to educating students about the importance of fiscal responsibility, free markets, and limited government. With a presence on over 2,500 college campuses in all fifty states, Turning Point USA is one of the largest youth organizations in the country. Our primary focus is to identify, educate, train, and empower student activists to stand up for their values on all high school and college campuses.

    ABOUT THE POSITION: ​The Human Capital Administrator is responsible for assisting the hiring team in the process of recruiting, interviewing and onboarding all entry-level employees company-wide. It is the responsibility of the Human Capital Administrator to reach goals set forth by the Human Capital Strategic Director. Some examples of goals may include, but not be limited to: conducting the hiring process for all roles set forth by the Director of Human Capital, meeting all necessary deadlines, and filling all entry-level openings. Note that this position requires a high level of competency-- and to be successful in this role you must be able to work individually, and also collaboratively. The ideal candidate will first fit the company culture, embodying the following traits: grassroots humility, warrior spirit, and persistent innovation.

    • Past administrative experience
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Positive attitude
    • Excellent demonstration of critical thinking/ problem solving skills 
    • Knowledge of Google Drive (Google Docs, Sheets, Calendar etc.)

    • Ability to multi-task and manage a wide range of responsibilities
    • Passion for conservative ideas and principles
    • Strong work ethic and goal-oriented
    • Self-starter and self-motivated
    • Punctual and very responsive

    “WOW!” SKILLS

    • Previous involvement with TPUSA 
    • Past leadership experience on campus 
    • Has completed a degree in Human Resources
