_Campus Victory Project is a 501(c)(3) grassroots nonprofit organization dedicated to educating students about the importance of fiscal responsibility, free markets, and limited government. With a presence on over 2,500 college campuses in all fifty states, Campus Victory Project is one of the largest youth organizations in the country. Our primary focus is to identify, educate, train, and empower student activists to stand up for their values on all college campuses. _

ABOUT THE POSITION: The Campus Victory Project is seeking a highly-skilled, professional, and motivated individual to assist in one of the nation's largest and most innovative Leadership Operations. Day-to-day responsibilities will include contacting candidates, building a strong recruitment pipeline, holding meetings and strategizing with candidates to run for positions of influence in various organizations on campus. Additionally, Leadership Representatives will also be responsible for making executive campaign decisions, conducting outreach to prospective leaders and activists, giving oral presentations, representing the organization at events and conferences, and networking on behalf of the organization both on and off campuses. The ideal candidate will first fit the company culture, embodying the following traits: grassroots humility, warrior spirit, and persistent innovation. 

The Campus Victory Project is an elite leadership development organization dedicated to activating, recruiting, supporting, and training a new generation of common sense, representative, and well-equipped leaders on the biggest college campuses in the United States. • Knowledge of Google Drive (Google Docs, Sheets)
• Willingness to fulfill all duties listed and any additional duties assigned
