    JOB DESCRIPTION: TPUSA Faith is seeking a highly-skilled, professional, and motivated individual to assist in one of the nation's largest and most innovative efforts to restore biblical values in America. The Church Partnership Associate reports to the Strategic Manager with the implementation of strategic initiatives, building pastoral relationships, networking within the faith community, attending Christian events and services, and supporting the Regional Managers in order to accomplish their predetermined goals. 

    Daily tasks include heavy collaboration with the Strategic Manager with primary responsibilities including but not limited to the following: 

    • Creating and maintaining key pastoral relationships in their assigned region
    • Assisting and spearheading special tasks and projects
    • Maintaining external partnerships with direct communications
    • Curating reports, interpreting data, executing strategic projects
    • Collaborating with the Strategic, Administrative, and Enterprise Faith Directors 
    • Meeting weekly call expectations
    • Working closely with the Faith Representatives and Faith Administrators teams
    • Effectively achieve programmatic goals and achievements 
    • Traveling intensively to meet and network with local Christian ministry leaders and pastors
    • Researching assigned cities/states for potential partnership opportunities and events
    • Keeping and maintaining data necessary to effectively network and track goals
    • Supporting other activities as needed. Note: TPUSA Faith's team maintains an all-hands-on-deck culture, and the Faith Community Specialist should be prepared to help with any number of related or unrelated projects, as needed, to support TPUSA Faith's mission.
