Proposal Writer (Philippines or USA Remote)
Job Description
Proposal Writers demonstrate experience in responding to bids and maintaining a content management solution, exhibiting strong organizational and written communication skills.
Proposal Writers are responsible for optimizing the content repository structure. This role works with stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to maintain and expand a database of pre-written content and a library of reusable RFP/Tender components, templates and processes documentation.
Proposal Writers exhibit excellent time management, collaboration and communication skills along with experience in project and content management with strong focus on attention to detail. Proposal Writers are well organized, enjoy planning, executing the plan and controlling the progress, and hold the ability to be flexible to reprioritize based on relevant business requirements. Those in the Proposal Writer role must be results oriented with a drive for excellence. The role will mainly engage internally with subject matter experts from product, product marketing, infrastructure, legal, sales and other teams but may also require some engagement with customers or prospects if required.

The expected annual base salary range for this position is: $69,843/year to $89,799/year. This position is bonus eligible / commission-based. As a Remote-First company, actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if extended, and is determined by work location and a range of other relevant factors, including but not limited to: experience, skills, degrees, licensures, certifications, and other job-related factors. Internal equity, market and organizational factors are also considered.
