WE'RE LOOKING FOR A FRIENDLY, ORGANIZED AND SELF-MOTIVATED RECRUITING COORDINATOR TO PROVIDE SCHEDULING AND ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT THROUGHOUT THE HIRING PROCESS. YOU WILL BE AN ESSENTIAL PARTNER IN CREATING AN EXCELLENT CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE AND MANAGING RELATIONSHIPS WITH HIRING MANAGERS AND TEAMS ACROSS THE BUSINESS.
AS THE RECRUITING COORDINATOR, YOU WILL BE AN AMBASSADOR FOR THE RECRUITING TEAM TO BOTH INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL CLIENTS, PROMOTING RECRUITING AND CUSTOMER SERVICE BEST PRACTICES IN A FUN TEAM ENVIRONMENT.
What You’ll Do
Support the recruiting process by scheduling phone/zoom or onsite interviews, booking candidate travel and conference rooms
Managing candidate experience, greeting and hosting applicants onsite and coordinating follow-up
Post and manage job openings in ATS and online job boards
Maintain responsibility for entry, maintenance and integrity of data in ATS including candidates' schedules and statuses
Partner with the Recruiters to ensure prompt and personable communication with candidates
Coordinate our new internship program
Take on additional project work when needed to help streamline the hiring process
Managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
6+ months in a recruiting, HR or administrative role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Nice to haves
Experience with recruiting or HR
Experience with any ATS system
Experience with scheduling (G-cal preferred
