HIGHLY AGGRESSIVE COMMISSION-BASED SALES OPPORTUNITY LEADING TO HIGH-INCOME POTENTIAL

Turnkey Automotive Solutions is seeking a proven, aggressive sales professional to join our team as a commission-based Chemical Sales Representative. Expansive sales region of EASTERN PA, NJ AND DE, includes a tremendous opportunity to find and cultivate new car wash customers for a motivated, self-starting sales rep! This position is responsible for maintaining and expanding existing accounts, as well as generating leads for new accounts. Cold-calling and in-person visits are crucial to successfully completing sales goals. Demonstration of knowledge of products sold is vital (training will be made available). Minor technical skills are important to find success in this position, as setting up proper usage and application of the products is key (training will be made available). Opportunities will exist for additional commissions through leads leading to equipment sales. This position offers a varying work schedule and local daily travel (up to 150 miles from Norristown, PA) is required. This position will be performed with minimal supervision and coaching (following a training period). Experience in chemical sales or the car wash industry is a plus.

PRINICPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:

· Generate leads for new chemical customers

· Follow through on cold calling/visitations with new chemical customers

· Expand market share of chemical sales for company (territory offers a large opportunity for new customers)

· Work with highly recognizable brand name vendors

· Counsels customers relating to use, operation and maintenance of chemicals and applicators

· Provide timely reports to management on daily sales activities

· Interface with internal sales/service/office departments

· Keep abreast of new products/developments within the car wash chemical industry

· Attend up to two industry trade shows per year to represent company at vendor booths

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Highly motivated, aggressive selling skills

· Strong negotiator

· Strategic thinker, with ability to make good decisions

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Excellent interpersonal skills

· Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office products

· Neat and clean appearance with access to clean and presentable vehicle

· Excellent driving record

· Ability to lift up to 50lbs

COMPENSATION:

· Uncapped commission based on profit generated from sale of chemicals to existing and new customers

· Additional commission opportunities for leads that result in equipment sales

EDUCATION:

· High School or equivalent

EXPERIENCE:

· 5 years professional sales experience preferred

· Car Wash/Chemical experience a plus

LICENSING/CERTIFCATION:

· Driver’s License required
