    Turnkey is seeking Business Development for the Metro Atlanta market to join our team and champion the Turnkey purpose of adding value to properties, people, and businesses, through janitorial services. The right candidate will have relentless energy and desire to network, join and participate in trade organizations, and is fearlessly ready for outside sales. Building a pipeline and attacking, the business development position will require a fire to be self-driven, creative, coachable, and flexible. This is your opportunity to build a business, work with a team and be with a company that will invest in you, and help you chase your dreams.

    Requirements-

    Self-Confident, humble, and curious, leader. Commercial sales experience in service-related industries is a plus but not necessary. Market knowledge of the metro-Atlanta area. Daily networking, cold calling, problem-solving, setting meetings, hosting lunch and learns, client engagement and activities, and selling Turnkey, our purpose, culture, and our services. MS proficiency, some social marketing.

    Salary-

    Base plus commissions (paid quarterly). Salary Range varies based on experience. No cap commissions.

    Range- $35,000 base+ let’s create a path to your financial goals.

    INTERNAL EXPECTATIONS-

    INNOVATE IDEAS to create a pipeline without being members of the BOMAs and IREMS of the world for now. JOIN NAIOP, ULI, chambers, etc… Sell new multi-family clients, look into medical office buildings, multi-tenant office, retail, industrial, religious, and financial services buildings.

    Realistic year one goal-

    4-8 commercial accounts, totaling $500,000.

    5 40hr multi-family accounts. $200,000.

    $750,000 sales goal year 1
