    PROJECT COORDINATOR/ADMIN. ASSISTANT

    JOB DESCRIPTION: Andaaz Manufacturing is looking for a motivated, self-driven and reliable person to join our growing team as a Project Coordinator/Admin Assistant. He or she will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure our operational process works effectively and efficiently. The Project Coordinator/Admin Assistant’s roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    ·         Welcomes customers and guests by greeting them, in person or on the telephone and answering or directing information.

    ·         Must be able to read and edit shop drawings, specifications sheets

    ·         Ability to understand & review QC reports

    ·         Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

    ·         Maintains office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; evaluating new office products; placing and expediting orders for supplies; and verifying receipt of supplies.

    ·         Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks and participating in professional societies.

    ·         Maintains office appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.

    ·         Create and organize electronic folders on Drive

    REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

    ·         Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required

    ·         Construction experience preferred, but not required

    ·         Interior design experience is a plus, but not required

    ·         Experience with AutoCAD is required

    ·         Computer proficiency with MS Office and Google Business Suite required

    ·         Excellent verbal & written communication skills

    ·         Attention to detail and a strong desire to work in a team environment as well as individually

    ·         Must be able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

    ·         Must be well organized and possess strong time management skills

    ·         Proactive issue resolution & problem-solving skills

    ·         Customer friendly, helpful, professional service skills required

    ·         Strong presentation skills
