Job Summary: As a Senior Consultant focused on D365 F&O, you will not only be working with clients to deliver world-class solutions, but also mentoring other team members and participating in pre-sales activities. Senior Consultants are typically a functional leader in their areas of expertise on our projects.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
o Contribute to different phases of the D365 F&O ERP implementation project or support project as a SME on the Financial Business Areas
o Finance ERP Implementation Projects
o Responsible of requirements gathering and documenting, analysis of requirements, and proposal of D365 F&O solutions with product best practices
o Translate the requirements and solutions through development and final validation
o Prepare test strategy, test plan, test execution and troubleshooting of developed solution
o Create training plans and train client teams for the developed solution
o Technical support of project, understand the issue reported, analyze, and propose fixes on D365 F&O solution
o Collaborate with pre-sales activities for closing opportunities
o Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
o Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, Computer Science or related degree from an accredited four-year university or college, or equivalent experience
o 7+ years of implementation experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365
o ERP Implementation Experience
o 6+ years of demonstrated experience in financials with ERP solutions Experience in successfully managing three+ Microsoft Dynamics AX implementations
o Assistance with pre-sales activities including demonstrations of various AX software functions
o Relevant, hands-on, work-related experience working in a consulting environment
o Familiarity with the Microsoft Sure Step Implementation Methodology
o Prior experience working in the manufacturing industry
o Ability to meet deadlines utilizing strong organizational habits
