TURQUOISE PLACE RETAIL ATTENDANT

Job Description: Ensure all guests receive superior shopping experiences at Cabana 8. Greet all guests in a cheerful and courteous manner and provide attentive and cordial service.

Job Tasks:

• Greet and assist guests promptly.

• Assist in answering telephone and assisting guests with information regarding Turquoise Place and services

• Ring purchases up correctly and follow proper check/cash handling procedures.

• Stock and merchandise store supplies as needed

• Assist in inventory management

• Maintain the cleanliness of the store to required standards.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

• Must possess excellent verbal/written communication skills

• Must possess excellent customer service skills

• Must have basic computer experience and the ability to learn on-site point of sales system

• Prior retail experience is a plus!

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand/walk during entire shift

• Ability to reach, bend and stoop

• Ability to carry 25 pound several times during a shift over a medium distance

• Ability to climb ladder as needed
