We are looking for a customer service specialist to join our collaborative and fun company! You will be working in our beautiful showroom in Tustin with an established customer base.

JOB DESCRIPTION: • Listen and communicate professionally to customers in person, on the phone, and via email to assess their awards and promotional products needs • Recommend awards/promo products that meet client budgetary requirements and firm event deadlines • Write clear and detailed notes for every order to ensure accuracy • Collaborate with graphic design, engraving, and assembly teams in a fast-paced environment to prioritize and proactively manage multiple projects simultaneously

QUALIFICATIONS: • Professional, intelligent, organized, proactive, efficient • Quick learner and team player • Strong work ethic and commitment to customer service • Business to business sales experience • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills • Exceptional attention to detail and spelling skills • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude in all situations • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Internet skills
