Field Marketing Representative- Coordinate Events - Part-Time Contractor

Tutor Doctor, a 1:1 (in-home or virtual) tutoring service for K-12 students, is seeking a motivated and dedicated Field Marketing Representative with a passion for business development and marketing. Our ideal candidate is a person with experience in handling community marketing events who has strong relationships in the local community.

Responsibilities

Support Tutor Doctor Franchisees in the development and execution of Marketing plans

Respond to inquiries on tutoring packages from prospective clients

Manage trade booths during local marketing events and trade shows which includes

Setup, dismantling and storing of materials used for Tutor Doctor booths

Respond to inquiries from prospects

Explain details of tutoring packages offered by Tutor Doctor

Capture contact information of leads from events

Follow up on leads from events and Schedule consultation sessions with Tutor Doctor Education Consultants

Maintain regular and reliable attendance for all local events

Build and maintain strong relationships with local schools, Parent Teacher Organizations and businesses for potential opportunities

Minimum Qualifications

2+ years of experience in Community and Local Marketing (Willing to dive in and learn if lacking experience)

Exceptional customer service and communication skills

A friendly personality with ability to successfully interact with customers from diverse backgrounds

Experience with marketing on social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram

Access to reliable transportation with valid auto insurance

Access to the internet, a computer, and a smartphone

Be available during weekends to attend marketing events

Experience with basic data entry
