Twang products can be found on grocery, convenience, liquor and specialty store shelves across the country.

    We're looking for a qualified Part-Time IT Technician that will install and maintain computer systems and networks aiming for the highest functionality. The IT Technician will also provide training and consultation and make recommendations about future planning and development of resources as it relates to technology needs. The IT Technician will report to the Controller.

    Duties and Responsibilities - Ensure technology is accessible and equipped with current hardware and software - Be familiar with all hardware, software and network operating systems - Troubleshoot all operating systems issues and resolve promptly - Provide orientation to new users of existing technology - Provide individual training and support upon request - Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software, and resources - Monitor and maintain technology to ensure maximum access - install workstations as necessary, to include all hardware setup and loading all required software - Make recommendations on the purchase of technology resources

    Qualifications - Must have proficient knowledge of computer hardware and software systems and programs - Must have computer network, network administration and network installation experience - Must be able to troubleshoot and solve systems issues - Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities - Must be proficient in handling computer viruses, security, email, and internet programs - Must have the ability to install, administer, and maintain computer hardware, software, and networks - Must have superior computer skills that include the ability to operate computerized accounting, spreadsheet, word-processing, graphics and website development programs
