ROLE DESCRIPTION

Twelve Consultants are responsible for working with our clients to build an Anaplan connected planning solution customized to fit the needs of their business. This role will spend the majority of their time building custom models designed by Twelve Solution Architects, teaching customers about Anaplan and incorporating Twelve Project Implementation best practices every day! 

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Review existing customer models and business process
• Build customized Anaplan models based on customer requirements
• Collaborate with project team to build Anaplan models in line with best practices and guidance from project leadership
• Develop inbound and outbound data feeds to and from the Anaplan model
• Conduct tie-outs within Anaplan models and troubleshoot solutions
• Develop end-user reporting and planning dashboards within Anaplan
• Deploy the solution to end-users and provide overall support and training
• Enable clients through co-model building training sessions
• Follow Agile Project Methodology throughout the implementation
• Support Solution Architect and/or Project Managers in maintaining the overall health of the implementation
• Participate in internal Twelve initiatives as needed
• Travel approximately 25-50%*

MORE ABOUT YOU:

• Bachelor's degree
• 1-2 years in a prior business, consulting, analyst role or equivalent experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.)
• Proven track record of analytical problem solving capabilities
• Excellent customer-facing and communication skills in both in-person and remote settings
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to drive results independently and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

• Experience using technology to develop multi-dimensional models
• Prior experience with the Anaplan platform, agile implementation methodology and/or technology implementation

This is a full-time, exempt position. Days and hours of work are typically Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Evening, weekend work and adjustment to client time zones in the U.S. may be required as job duties demand.
