    Job Description

    SUMMARY OF POSITION/DAILY ACTIVITIES:

    AEM is looking for a Customer Support member who will provide call center software application support and assist in developing and maintaining training and educational curriculum. This position is a Junior- to Mid-Level position with a strong opportunity for professional growth. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, willing to learn, and able to travel up to 30% of their work schedule

     

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE (THE REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS WHICH ARE CRITICAL TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE POSITION:

    • Strong customer service aptitude and attention to detail;
    • Experience developing customized educational curriculum, training materials, and course content for software applications and support tools;
    • Good written communication and technical writing skills;
    • Ability to present training sessions to user groups (both classroom and desk side training);
    • Ability to troubleshoot effectively over the phone and via email;
    • Experience with standard desktop applications and Internet browsers;
    • Exceptional reasoning and problem-solving skills;
    • Requirements:
    • Selected applicants will be subject to a government “Secret Clearance” and private background investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to

    Classified information;

    • Work flexible hours on the support desk;
    • Willing to travel;
