Job Description
SUMMARY OF POSITION/DAILY ACTIVITIES:
AEM is looking for a Customer Support member who will provide call center software application support and assist in developing and maintaining training and educational curriculum. This position is a Junior- to Mid-Level position with a strong opportunity for professional growth. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, willing to learn, and able to travel up to 30% of their work schedule
