    ENTRY-LEVEL CUSTOMER SERVICE & NEW CUSTOMER ACQUISITION

    CHARLOTTE, NC

    Customer service experience recommended, but not required  - All new Customer Service Representatives receive training! 

    We’re new to the market and have a few entry-level customer service roles available this winter for people who are over 18, able to commute to Charlotte, NC, and are comfortable working with customers face-to-face. 

     

    Our detailed product training sessions cover a range of skills and techniques including: 

    • customer service/ consumer behavior
    • client relations/ public relations
    • relationship building
    • sales / new customer acquisition
    • marketing/ brand management

     

     

    As we grow, top performers looking for career growth will have the chance to advance and receive further coaching in:

    • recruitment/ team building 
    • leadership / personal development 
    • campaign management / territory management
    • project management / market research 
    • finance / sales forecasting / payments
    • and other general business practices!

     

     

    We understand that everyone needs to start somewhere, so no specific work experience is required, but it is recommended that you have some experience working with customers. This could be in:

    • retail sales 
    • customer service 
    • field marketing 
    • club / bar promotions
    • food service 
    • bartending / drink service
    • volunteer work

     

    No specific degree nor educational qualification is required either, but it’s also recommended that you have some experience working as part of a team via: 

    • sports/ athletics
    • school/ college/ university
    • clubs/ organizations 
    • community programs
    • church or religious groups
    • something similar

     

     

    We run daily product-training workshops to ensure you have a full understanding of how to explain our clients’ products and services to their potential customers. We also provide ongoing coaching and operate as a pack in to help everyone hit their goals in the most professional, innovative way possible!
