    Twin Financial, Inc. is seeking a Registered individual to deliver overall wealth management support while providing an exceptional client service experience.  The Wealth Management Associate will be responsible for a variety of full-service financial transactions that require both document interpretation and thorough analysis.  The WMA will clearly understand the client’s financial objectives, communicate financial solutions and effectively overcome objections while maintaining frequent client contact designed to enhance the client relationship.     

    The Wealth Management Associate will be responsible for managing complex financial solutions/inherent risk including implementation, maintenance and on-going administration.

    REQUIREMENTS OF POSITION

    • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the wealth management industry, technology and operations including products and service providers.
    • Act as the ongoing relationship manager for a specific portfolio of clients and ensure every client has a positive experience.
    • Conduct reviews to validate client’s current wealth management objectives and risk tolerance. 
    • Display creativity in formulating integrated client solutions through the use of a wide range of products & services. 
    • Perform proactive customer needs assessments, as required.
    • Contribute to the overall strategy of the wealth management marketing plan and synchronize execution with advisors and marketing team.

    FUNCTIONS OF POSITION

    • Conduct Annual Reviews.
    • Coordinate scheduling/assist with preparation for Advisors’ Annual Reviews.
    • Reposition Non-Managed accounts to Managed.
    • Identify cross-sell and referral opportunities.
    • Consolidate investment platforms as necessitated for enhanced revenue opportunities.
    • Track MMLIS Workbench, Wealthscape on daily basis.
    • Track 30-day turnaround time on all investment cases.
    • Monitor firm portfolio models and recommend appropriate changes.
    • Execute client trades, as required.

    QUALIFICATIONS OF POSITION

    • Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years-experience working with clients in a wealth management setting. A combination of appropriate education and experience will be considered.
    • FINRA Series 7 and 66.  CFP highly desired. 
    • Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite.
    • Demonstrated initiative, leadership, analytical skills and detail orientation. 
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
