    Job Description

    TWO CHAIRS IS CONTINUING TO HIRE WITH ALL INTERVIEWING AND ON-BOARDING DONE VIRTUALLY DUE TO COVID-19. EVERYONE NEW TO THE TEAM, ALONG WITH OUR CURRENT STAFF, WILL TEMPORARILY WORK FROM HOME UNTIL IT IS SAFE TO RETURN TO OUR OFFICES.

    ABOUT THE ROLE

    As an Operations Associate on our Clinical Programs team, your work will ensure that we can continue to expand access to mental healthcare and grow rapidly while maintaining exceptional clinical quality and building a scalable business. You'll support the launch, improvement, and maintenance of our unique Clinical Programs. You'll collect and analyze client and clinician feedback, identify and operationalize improvements to our services, and build and maintain processes to support our clinicians and clients. You'll join a diverse team of strategy, operations, product, and clinical research / clinical program development experts. You'll partner closely with our clinical care, marketing, and technical teams. Finally, you'll develop a deep understanding of the needs of our clients and clinicians, and build close relationships with our clinical team, to support their needs.

    WHERE YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT:

    • Develop and implement operational process improvements across our system
    • Directly manage workflows that support the maintenance of our services and programs
    • Serve as a point of contact for clinician questions and support related to programs
    • Support the launch of new services. You will be the point person to get operational systems in place and do whatever it takes on the ground.
    • Embed with our clinical team to gather feedback, understand pain points, and inform improvements to processes and tools
    • Conduct client user research to understand pain points and identify improvements
    • Communicate insights and status updates to team and company leadership

     

    YOU'LL BE SUCCESSFUL IF YOU:

    • Have 2+ years of experience in an operational and quantitative role (preferably in operations at a hyper-growth company)
    • Possess strong statistical analysis skills and are proficient in Excel (SQLa bonus)
    • Are hyper organized and unwilling to leave any detail unchecked
    • Are an outstanding written and oral communicator
    • Enjoy being in a dynamic job where no task is above or below you 
    • Love building and optimizing operational processes
    • Have demonstrated experience working independently, managing complex projects or workstreams, and delivering operational process improvements
    • Have worked cross-functionally with a diverse set of teams / functions and are eager to partner with team members whose backgrounds differ from your own
