Assistant Manager Qualifications:

· Availability to work Monday-Friday 7:30 am – 5:00 pm

· Have a vehicle that will be driven to customer’s homes, valid driver’s license and car insurance (minimum liability)

· Ability to pass a background check

· Have a good work ethic and enjoy talking to people

· High school diploma or GED

· Bilingual – English & Spanish

Assistant Manager Responsibilities:

· Recruiting and onboarding of new employees

· Training of new employees

· Quality control

· Employee performance review

· Employee retention and experience

· Scheduling

· Customer service
