    The OPPORTUNITY

    Successful Multi- Unit Franchisor Based in Alabama is seeking a Motivated Manager to join and lead its growth efforts in Dallas County along with future growth planned in Collin County. We will be developing 4 Locations over 5 Years in the Dallas and Collin County markets, so there will be a lot of opportunity for personal, professional, and financial growth. This individual will startup, grow revenues, and build a team at our Dallas location. If successful, they will have the opportunity to grow as we grow by hiring, developing, and mentoring the office managers at future locations. The right person will have an opportunity to double or even triple their salary in the next few years by successfully growing the business.     Position SummaryOversee and coordinate the planning, organizing, training, and leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives in sales, cost control, employee retention, customer satisfaction and cleaning quality. Overall, this job title performs and/or monitors all day-to-day decisions within the Office Location.

    Summary of Key Responsibilities

    Implementation and execution of The Complete Experience

    Embrace and adhere to TWO MAIDS & A MOP General Standards

    Understand completely all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and training programs

    Oversee and administer all personnel decisions; including hiring, firing, disciplinary and motivational tasks.

    Directly involved in all training activities; including New Hire Orientation and field work inside a client’s home

    Provide high level customer service and oversee customer satisfaction throughout the Office Location

    Provide direct sales support via telephone, email and face to face interactions

    Provide scheduling and customer relations management (CRM) using Two Maids software package

    Report, distribute and monitor all Team Member compensation

    Collect, receive and deposit personal checks, cash and/or credit card payments

    Ensures quality control of all Team Members; including house cleanings and office functions

    Storage and organization of all Customer and Team Member records

    Monitor and manage cleaning equipment/supplies and office equipment/supplies

    Manage Information Technology (IT) infrastructure

    Provide on the ground marketing support involving direct contact with the local community

    Maintain and ensure office cleanliness

    Job Requirements

    Must be 21 years of age or older

    Must be available for employment from 7:45 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday

    Must be able to communicate clearly and efficiently

    Must have a neat, safe and well-maintained automobile

    Must be proficient in public speaking

    Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.

    Must possess basic math skills related to bank deposits and payroll management

    Must possess high school diploma or higher

    College degree preferred but some college education can be accepted

    Must satisfactorily complete a nationwide criminal background check.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Starting Salary: $35,000/year plus Potential Bonuses. Salary increases are available depending on performance and can be explained in person.
