    We at Two Maids are actively looking for a great candidate to fill a Store Manager position in the Frederick, MD market!

    Position Summary: We are actively seeking a dynamic candidate to join our team as a Store Manager for our Frederick, MD location. The Store Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Standards and Procedures: Embrace and adhere to Two Maids General Standards, including policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs.

    Personnel Management: Oversee all personnel decisions, including hiring, firing, disciplinary actions, and motivation of team members.

    Training: Directly involved in all training activities, including New Hire Orientation and fieldwork inside a client's home.

    Customer Service: Provide high-level customer service and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the office location.

    Sales Support: Offer direct sales support via telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions.

    Scheduling and CRM: Manage scheduling and customer relations using Two Maids software.

    Financial Responsibilities: Monitor and report Team Member Compensation, collect payments, and ensure proper record-keeping.

    Quality Control: Ensure quality control of all team members, including house cleanings and office functions.

    Records Management: Organize and maintain all Customer and Team Member records.

    Equipment and Supplies: Manage cleaning and office equipment/supplies efficiently.

    Marketing Support: Provide on-the-ground marketing support by engaging with the local community.

    Office Cleanliness: Maintain and ensure the cleanliness of the office.

    Job Requirements:

    Must be 21 years of age or older.

    Available for employment from 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

    Excellent communication skills.

    Must have a reliable and well-maintained automobile.

    Proficient in public speaking.

    Basic math skills related to bank deposits and payroll management.

    High school diploma or higher; a college degree is preferred but not required.

    Satisfactorily complete a nationwide criminal background check.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Compensation: Potential bonuses and salary increases are available based on performance and will be discussed in person.
