Field Assistant Manager / Training Manager : IN TRAINING

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF POSITION: As a Field Manager / Training Manager, you will spend your day traveling all throughout the East Valley. You will be performing what we call Quality Checks for our teams, which is checking and correcting the quality of clean provided by the team. You will also spend most of your time with newer hires, training them to provide quality cleans for our customers. Every thing is supplied for our teams, so you will be training them how to properly use our Two Maids equipment and chemicals. You will work along side our Director of Field Operations. Ensuring that our field stays in control and taking care of any problems that arise during the day. This is a team environment, and you will also be expected to work along our office staff as well. You will be expected to learn how to take customer/sales calls, as well as learn how to schedule customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for Quality checking Teams in Residential House Cleaning. Provide feedback and coaching our house cleaners to exceeding Two Maids Standards

Training in each and every home

Sales: follow up on leads; schedule appointments; can be trained on Two Maids software and technology

Be a Leader to keep growing a Successful business and upholding our standards

Keeping office organized and clean at end of the day

Follow direction from the Director of Field Operations of how to help our teams out daily in the Field.

REQUIREMENTS:

Must have access to a reliable vehicle to drive to and from houses. ( All mileage reimbursed )

Must be 18 years or older

Must have prior management experience in leading employees (Cleaning homes to Two Maids standards will be trained)

Eye for Detail/ Attention to details: What sets Two Maids apart from other cleaning businesses, is our quality of work we provide

Available Monday - Friday / 6:30am - 5:00pm

Available for an on-call rotation one week a month ( we will go over this in your interview )

Reliable: Our business require 4 very strong Managers to run our business on a daily basis.

Base Salary starts : $40,000 plus bonus program as each of our multiple franchises grows revenue.
