Now, we're ready to grow even more with the addition of one awesome, hard-working Office/Operations Manager for our Jackson, Mississippi location.

    Position Perks:

    Position starts at $38,000-$42,000 annually.

    Salary raise evaluation every 2 months.

    10 Days Vacation.

    8 Paid Holidays.

    No Weekends.

    Hours 7:30AM - 4:30PM.

    The ideal applicant will have the following attributes:

    • You must be a natural born salesperson. Selling our service will be one of your most important responsibilities so expect to sell us on why you should become our Office / Operations Manager!

    • Must have high school diploma or higher.

    • Must have 10 years of experience after high school.

    • College degree preferred but some college education can be accepted.

    • You must have prior management experience.

    • You must be very organized.

    • You must be a self-starter.

    The position also has a few basic requirements:

    • Be available Monday-Friday 7:30-4:30 PM.

    • Provide your own dependable transportation (mileage is reimbursed), with valid insurance and drivers license.

    • Be able to pass a nationwide criminal background check and drug screen.

    • Must be able to public speak and communicate clearly and efficiently.

    • Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

    • Must have basic math skills related to bank deposits, invoicing, and payroll management.

    The position is perfect for anyone that is self motivated because your hard work will directly determine your paycheck. Our unique compensation structure allows each of our managers to literally have unlimited income potential. The position starts at $38,000-$42,000 annually, but many managers earn more than $50,000! Raises are evaluated every 2 months and are based on performance.

    Summary of Key Responsibilities* Understand completely all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and training programs. * Oversee and administer all personnel decisions; including hiring, firing, disciplinary and motivational tasks.* Directly involved in all training activities; including New Hire Orientation and field work inside a client’s home.* Provide high level customer service and oversee customer satisfaction throughout the Office Location.* Provide direct sales support via telephone, email and face to face interactions.* Report, distribute and monitor all Team Member compensation.* Collect, invoice, receive and deposit personal checks, cash and/or credit card payments.* Ensures quality control of all Team Members; including house cleanings and office functions.* Storage and organization of all Customer and Team Member records.* Monitor and manage cleaning equipment/supplies and office equipment/supplies.* Provide on the ground marketing support involving direct contact with the local community.
