Basic Function

· Assist the Manager with daily operations, addressing customer inquiries, and managing incoming sales calls for seamless functioning.

· Engage with prospective customers, using a telephone script to address sales queries and inform about additional Two Maids services.

· Follow up on leads through text, email, and phone.

· Input customer data into Salesforce.

· Offer support to the Office Manager with in-home estimates.

· Handle customer complaints, ensure courteous interactions, and aid in customer retention efforts.

· Contribute to the smooth functioning of the Salesforce. · Support the manager in marketing and social media activities.

· CRM software and track work order updates efficiently.

Other Responsibilities

· Make the office reception area cozy and inviting by keeping it neat.

· Be a positive team player and add to the friendly work atmosphere.

· Help in getting cleaning supplies ready.

· Do office tasks and be open to doing more as required.

Essential Qualifications

· Fluent in English language speaking, reading and writing and proficient in Spanish speaking skills.

· Comfortable working with Computer.

Salary: $18.00per hour.
