What kind of training will be provided? You would be provided extensive training on sales, procedures for assessing students on their math skills, setting up customized learning plans for students, hiring and training instructors, marketing, and utilizing our Mathnasium Method™ of teaching.
Job Responsibilities: Once training is completed, you will utilize your talents to manage the day-to-day operations of our Mathnasium Learning Center located in Dublin, OH. Job responsibilities will include the following:
Manage and oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations in the center
Focus on sales by promptly responding to leads and successfully enrolling students
Foster a fun learning environment by leading, motivating and coaching team members
Provide exceptional customer service by building relationships with families, communicating student progress, and encouraging students
Monitor and grow overall center performance metrics, including profitability and student success
Effectively and efficiently managing curriculum delivery
Provide marketing activities to the community and to the schools in Dublin
Market the Mathnasium program by building school and community relationships and participating in community events
Screen, hire and train employees and manage their work schedules
Working Hours:
Mathnasium is open 4pm-8pm Mon-Thurs, and 2pm-6pm on Sun
Center Manager working hours are somewhat flexible but will likely be 12:30pm -8:30pm Mon-Thurs, 12:30-6:30 Sun
Qualifications:
Upbeat, driven, passion for math and working with students
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Math competency through at least Algebra I
Previous sales experience
College degree in education, math, or related field preferred but not required
Previous management or leadership experience
Previous experience with building customer relationships
Proficient in basic computer skills
All applicants are required to take a math competency test to demonstrate math proficiency through Algebra I, provide work authorization, and pass a background check.
