Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Answering Phones
Calculating bank deposit
Collection on accounts (Accounts Receivable)
Processing credit cards
Entering checks
Working with National Maintenance Companies
Calling Businesses daily to set an appointment for estimates 5-10 scheduled per day
Preparing proposals
Managing a zero inbox email
Communicate with management on daily tasks
Qualifications:
Must have experience working w/ computers and the general public.
Office related experience is preferable.
Must have an understanding of AR/AP
Education:
High School Diploma/ GED required.
