About the Role:

Join Brighton Learning Center, Inc. as a Two-Year-Old Teacher and make a difference in the lives of young learners! In our supportive and nurturing environment, you will foster curiosity and creativity in children while helping them develop essential social and emotional skills.

Responsibilities:

Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities for two-year-olds.

Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment.

Observe and assess children's development and progress regularly.

Communicate effectively with parents about their child’s progress and needs.

Encourage positive social interactions and emotional growth among students.

Maintain a clean and organized classroom space.

Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the educational experience.

Stay current with early childhood education trends and best practices.

Requirements:

Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred, but not required.

Experience working with toddlers in a childcare or educational setting.

Strong understanding of child development principles.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

First Aid and CPR certification preferred or willing to obtain.

Patient, nurturing demeanor with a passion for teaching young children.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Background check clearance and references required.
