About the Role:

The Learning Experience #294 in Rock Hill, SC is looking for a passionate and nurturing Two Year Old Teacher to join our team! Responsibilities:

Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities for two-year-old children

Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages early childhood development

Monitor and document each child's developmental milestones and progress

Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding their child's daily activities and growth

Maintain a clean, organized, and developmentally appropriate classroom

Follow all state licensing regulations and childcare health and safety protocols

Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to support overall program goals

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required; CDA, associate's, or bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education preferred

Prior experience working with toddlers or in an early childhood education setting

Knowledge of toddler developmental milestones and age-appropriate teaching strategies

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children, parents, and staff

Ability to meet the physical demands of working with two-year-olds, including lifting and active engagement

Current or ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification

Patient, energetic, and compassionate demeanor with a genuine love for early childhood education
