Our client has created a platform that is changing the way organizations measure their software development efforts and improves strategic decision-making across engineering organizations as a whole.
As a member of their engineering team, you'll be driving projects, helping to define what they’re building, and owning the decisions of how. You’ll need to coordinate with their go-to-market teams on things like feature scope, rollout(do they turn this on for everyone right away? Feature flag for specific customers? Phase a rollout?), and contribute to the decisions about how they work, processes they use, etc.
They offer an amazing work culture with engineers working on cross-functional teams partnering with Product and Design. Projects are not driven by Engineering Management (they have other important responsibilities), Engineers are responsible for shepherding projects and owning initiatives from start to finish.
